McGees Sydney started life as Fuller Flanders Pty Ltd, a property valuation company established in 1949. Due to the need to provide a more comprehensive service to its national clients, Fuller Flanders joined the McGees Group in 1984 and was restructured into a valuation practice and real estate agency specialising in commercial and industrial property.
