Our tenant representation practice comprises a sizeable part of our business. This is a result of acting for corporations who sold property owned by them but continued to occupy those premises as a tenant. Those clients continued to turn to McGees when faced with problems arising from their position as a tenant. We were very successful in this area and our practice grew. Originally centred on industrial property we now cover all types of property.
We have expanded on our expertise and also manage portfolios of premises occupied by our clients as the tenant.
